These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Andebet's audio transcription services, Developer APIs, and web application platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Account Registration & API Keys
To use the Andebet Developer API or web platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API secret keys. Any requests made using your API keys will be attributed to your account.
2. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
You retain full intellectual property ownership of all audio submitted and all generated transcription, speaker diarization, and analytics outputs. Andebet does not claim any copyright or proprietary interest in your content.
3. Fair Usage & Rate Limits
You agree not to bypass published rate limits or engage in automated abuse that harms platform availability for other users. High-concurrency enterprise pipelines should use our dedicated private cloud endpoints.
4. Fees & Invoicing
Subscription plans and per-minute audio usage are billed in accordance with our published pricing schedule in USD or Ethiopian Birr (ETB). Institutional wire transfers and CBE Birr invoices must be paid within 30 days of issuance.
5. Termination & Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the workspace settings. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle.
