1. Information We Collect
We collect account information (such as your name, email address, organization name, and billing details) and customer content (including audio files, video files, and generated transcripts submitted to our API or platform).
2. Strict Customer Audio Sovereignty
Customer audio files submitted for transcription or analysis are processed strictly to fulfill requested services. Customer audio data is never used to train our public models without explicit, opt-in contractual agreement. All temporary audio cache files are purged automatically after transcription processing completes.
3. Data Security & Encryption
All audio uploads, transcript retrievals, and API communications are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256 encryption. We implement strict role-based access control (RBAC) and audit logging across all database clusters.
4. User Rights & Data Deletion
You retain complete ownership over all audio files and generated text. You can permanently delete your recordings, transcripts, and account data at any time via your workspace settings or via our Developer REST API (DELETE /v1/transcriptions/:id).
